Ezra Taft Benson became an Apostle in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in 1943. In 1953 he was appointed Secretary of Agriculture under President Eisenhauer where he served for 8 years. He became the President of The Church in 1985 and served until his death in 1994. The folowing was recorded in 1977.
